Describing the processing phases of products in an optimized sequence;
Defining processing cycles in close integration with product design;
Adapting production technologies to production and product needs;
Managing process-related issues;
Designing parts of the production process (flowchart, processing, testing, layout, material flows);
Suggesting product modifications to facilitate producibility;
Developing innovative process techniques and technologies;
Identifying the best available technologies for product realization;
Developing programs for production machines;
Instructing maintenance department operators on new machines introduced in the processes;
Drafting effective Production Operating Instructions (POI) for new production processes;
Developing production processes for monitoring through the company's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at both total traceability and Statistical Process Control (SPC) levels;
Collaborating with the Project Manager (PJM) and the project team to create the product Database of Assemblies (DBA) aligned with production cycles.Skills & Qualifications:
Basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electromechanics/electronics, informatics);
Programming skills (C#/Visual Basic);
Python knowledge (optional);
Basic database knowledge;
Use of 2D and 3D mechanical CAD;
Use of Matlab/LabView;
Knowledge of industrial automation;
PLC knowledge;
Automation basics;
Knowledge of production cycles;
Understanding of production BOM logic;
Innovation inclination;
Commitment to continuous learning;
Scientific approach to problem-solving;
Lean Production knowledge;Scientific approach to problem-solving.Education: Master's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical/management.Language: Proficiency in the English language.
