And we’re proud to be recognized with awards such as “World’s Best Workplaces,” “Best Companies for Career Growth,” and “Best Company Culture,” year after year.Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Role OverviewAs a Cloud Solution Architect, you will provide deep technical expertise in Azure Backup, Azure Local, and Microsoft Entra ID, supporting enterprise customers through architecture design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of secure and resilient cloud and hybrid solutions.You will work closely with customers and internal delivery teams to address data protection, business continuity, hybrid infrastructure, and identity security challenges across cloud and on‑premises environments, ensuring solutions align with Microsoft best practices and customer business requirements.Key Responsibilities – Azure Backup & Disaster Recovery

Act as a technical authority for Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot backup and DR solutions for Azure workloads
Diagnose backup, restore, and recovery failures
Guide customers on RPO/RTO, security, compliance, and cost optimization

Key Responsibilities – Azure Local (Hybrid Infrastructure)

Design and deliver Azure Local solutions for hybrid and edge workloads
Support sizing, deployment, and lifecycle management
Integrate Azure Local with Azure Arc, Monitor, and Policy
Troubleshoot storage, compute, and networking issues

Key Responsibilities – Microsoft Entra ID

Design and support identity architectures using Microsoft Entra ID
Implement hybrid identity, Entra Join, and Hybrid Join
Apply Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles
Diagnose authentication and authorization issues

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery
Proven experience with Azure Local
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity
Solid Azure networking and IaaS fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise delivery or support roles
Background in infrastructure, identity, or security
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
