The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst will play a critical role in the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making process of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for providing valuable insights, forecasting financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to support decision-making.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making processes. Ensure accuracy and reliability of models. * Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate key insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.Business Partnering: Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance improvement initiatives. Accountable of NTI (today split between Finance, Risk, Product and ILM)Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial analysis.   • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience ( 3 years) in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
