We are looking for someone with solid, practical experience who is ready to bring their precision, excellent soft skills, and collaborative spirit to our team.This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development stack, influence our technical future (cloud readiness), and take ownership of critical internal applications.Your Responsibilities:As a key contributor, you will enhance and maintain the core applications that drive our business operations and support our colleagues (our main customers).

Full-Stack Development: Design, code, test, and deploy features across the application stack, ensuring high performance and quality.
System Integration: Develop robust console applications and services that integrate with various third-party systems. This requires a strong ability to consume APIs and meticulously analyze technical documentation.
DevOps Focus: Work with Docker in production and actively contribute to our planning for future adoption of Kubernetes and migration to GitHub.
Support and Quality: Serve as third-level support for our applications and uphold our commitment to excellence by producing clear, high-quality technical and user documentation.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and bringing new ideas to elevate our team’s work and future direction.

Your profile:The successful candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in the following technologies. While experience in all areas is highly beneficial, we value willingness to learn and adaptability.

Strong experience with .NET Core (up to .NET 8), EF Core
Experience with modern web development frameworks, ideally React
Practical experience with Docker and Git
Proficiency with SQL Server
Proven ability to consume APIs and document solutions clearly
Precision and Meticulousness: A high focus on detail, code quality, and accurate documentation
Team Player: Excellent soft skills, a strong collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
Customer Focus: Understanding that our colleagues rely on us for stable, high-quality solutions and third-level support
Language Skills: English as well as Italian and/or German are highly valued
