The resource will be inserted into the development group and will have the opportunity to approach the world of software development by learning all its basic paradigms, working in a dynamic, global and international context.Activities
  • Support and assistance to the team in software development activities on real projects within the bank
  • Support and assistance in day-to-day reporting and task management activities
  • On-the-job training on what the paradigms of the Agile methodology are, a cornerstone of the ING context
Requirements
  • Strong passion for software development
  • Knowledge or familiarity with some of the technologies and programming languages: (Java, Spring Framework, Maven, Javascript/HTML5)
  • Interest, proactivity, desire to learn and get involved
Internship Objectives
  • Gradually acquire specific skills in the field of software development.
  • Increase your professional training, receiving the necessary training to open up to the world of development
  • Approach and begin to understand a fast and dynamic context such as that of a digital bank by relating to the various stakeholders present.
