synthesis and chemical-physical characterisation of new molecular complexes, coordination
polymers, and metal-organic frameworks, mainly of silver, copper, and zinc. Therefore, the grant will
focus on the study of their catalytic activity in the reduction of ethylene and the antimicrobial activity
against fungi and bacteria of climacteric products and on the preparation of composite materials with
mesoporous activated carbon matrices capable of inhibiting the development of ethylene and
