Developing project plans aligned with scope, objectives, and methodology.
Defining key activities, setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and identifying critical milestones and deliverables.
Engaging with business project leaders to refine plans as initiatives evolve.
Coordinating multiple project streams, ensuring smooth execution across all phases, involving subject matter experts when needed, and fostering knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
Leading change management initiatives to ensure successful transitions between projects and business processes.
Monitoring deliverables and schedules, assessing feasibility, and proposing proactive solutions to address potential issues.
Overseeing financials by consolidating monthly data against budget and plan, ensuring clear visibility for all stakeholders.
Orchestrating supplier selection processes and supporting Procurement and Legal teams in contract negotiations.
Ensuring a seamless handover to the RUN organization, guaranteeing service quality and operational continuity once projects go live.🛠️Technical Skills
A university degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a similar field
8–10 years of professional experience ideally in a similar role/function of a multinational CompanyStrong project management skills, solid knowledge of Agile methodology, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, requiring effective communication, organization, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving
Proven expertise in risk management and mitigation actions, ensuring continuity and successful project delivery
Fluency in English and Italian, with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools, and strong user knowledge of SAP-based solutions.
A PMP or equivalent certification, considered a strong asset.💡Soft Skills & Attitude
Excellent communication, strategic, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity throughout the project lifecycle
