- Technical/production analysis of modular floating units (materials, assembly, outfitting, commissioning).
- Optimize production phases from prototyping to industrialization (layouts, workflows, make-or-buy, logistics).
- Identify, qualify, select, and negotiate pricing with key suppliers (local/international) for materials (steel, aluminum, composites, marine systems) and processes; coordinate third-party supply chain.
- Detailed costing, cycle-time estimation, scalability, product optimization, and value engineering for CAPEX/efficiency.
- Risk identification/mitigation across production.
- Prepare technical materials, CAPEX breakdowns, timelines, and feasibility docs for investors/partners.
- Align with engineering, project development, supply chain, and commercial teams on business milestones.
- Technical expertise (Boating/Naval appreciated).
- Production management experience (e.g., Production/Industrialisation Manager).
- Scaling production from prototype to serial.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent technical English.
- Willingness to travel (Italy/abroad) for audits/visits.
