Reevo SpaWe are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Team as TECHNICAL WRITER INTERN.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic IT services environment.The internship will include the following activities:-
Participate in meetings with technical and business stakeholders to gather input for the review of technical documentation;-
Collaborate with technical teams to collect and structure information related to our core service areas, including Private & Public Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Native solutions;-
Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to service delivery processes of our Business Units;-
Contribute to the drafting of technical product sheets and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Hard Skills:-
Master's Degree in Management Engineering or related field;-
Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation;-
Capability to structure information logically for readability and consistency;-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory;-
Good knowledge of Visio is a plus.Language Skills:-
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;-
Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.Soft Skills:-
Proactivity and willingness to learn;-
Problem-solving and analytical mindset;-
Attention to details;-
