Offer DescriptionThe activities of the research fellow will include:
- synthesis and application of Deep Eutectic Solvents as alternative liquid or semi-solid electrolytes for flow batteries
- synthesis and application of Deep Eutectic Solvents as solvents for metal recovery/recycling
- formulation of biochar-based nanofluids
- design and application of an analytical system for the evaluation of the stability of biochar-based nanofluids
- evaluation of the biodegradability of the studied formulationsThe research plan includes also:
- the use of analytical techniques such as atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), microwave plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (MP-AES), FT-IR spectroscopy;
