Working with us means managing the most advanced and sophisticated technologies.As a Payroll & HR Admin Specialist for VES (Valeo Employees Service) department in Valeo VHG, based in Mondovì (CN), you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.Your responsibilities:PayrollManage monthly time & payroll procedures in his/her perimeter modifying/managing the concerning master data, the salaries variations, the Valeo controls procedures and reportingSupport preparing all the post-payroll reporting finalizing in his/her perimeter all the controls useful for the Company monthly payments and annual declarationsSupport HRBPs in administrative tasksHR AdministrationPrepares all the requested documentation in time following the specific procedures and standards (bonus, salary increase, hirings, terminations, no disclosure agreements…)Give assistance to the employees in all the HR Admin/Payroll aspects with proper communicationGive assistance to the HR BPs in all the HR Admin/Payroll dutiesWorkdayManage all the requested processes in Workday to align Group KPIs, employees master data and prepare interface with payrollChecks data consistency through monthly queries to insure a reliable and updated databaseMandatory skills and experience:Degree, (Master or Bachelor Degree), Economics or Engineering preferredExperience: at least 2 years in similar role in multinational organizationsGood English (B2) - Fluent Italian (mandatory)MS Excel good knowledgeAppreciated some experiences with ADP systemBased in Mondovì site, part of a central team in Santena (required presence once a week)Come to Valeo and discover our benefits!
