  • Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles)
  • Supporting the customer throughout the entire buying and selling process including after-sales activities (via phone, emails and chat)
  • Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions
  • Negotiating between buyers and sellers
RequirementsWho are you?
  • You are fluent in both German and English (knowledge of an additional European language is a bonus)
  • You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM programs like Salesforce, or you are a quick learner
  • You have previous experience in a similar role or are a highly motivated recent graduate
  • You are a driven, enthusiastic, and communicative individual with a commercial mindset
  • You are goal-oriented and enjoy providing support to customers
  • You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable working internationally
  • You are available to work at the office for a minimum of three days per week
