DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Country Italy Administration, Finance & Controlling function and will be trained to understand the logic of monitoring the company's economic performance indicators as well as to apply reporting, consolidation, cost analysis and budgeting techniques. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
  • Collecting, consolidating and analyzing performance data.
  • Maintaining and developing reporting tools.
  • Defining company's KPIs subject to monitoring.
  • Finalizing the calculation of monthly data and planning for medium- and long-term goals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Degree in finance, management engineering, economics or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1).
  • Soft Skills: interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on results, detail oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Technical Skills: good knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular of Excel and PowerPoint.
