Your responsibilitiesWe are looking for a new colleague to join our HQ HR Team based in Milan.Being part of the Workforce planning and reporting team, your activities will include:
  • Headcount Planning and Reporting for HQ and consolidation at Group level
  • Labor Cost Controlling for HQ and consolidation at Group level
  • People Analytics
  • Social sustainability controlling and reporting (e.g. Integrated Report, Sustainability Questionnaires)
  • Acting as a point of reference for People Analytics across HR teams and for HQ Controlling/Finance/Sustainability teams
  • Digitalization of Reporting and Management of People Analytics
Your experiences and background
  • You have a proven relevant working experience in similar roles
  • You have Background in Finance/accounting is preferred
  • Fluency in English and the habit in working in an international environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Workday is a plus
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
