Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2025.About the RoleACMA’s Customer Service Area Managers are reporting directly to head of function and they are responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities in assigned business unit and region in order to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals.Main responsibilities will include:
- Sales strategy: implements the sales strategy and manages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services);
- Business development: contribute to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategy;
- Sales management: maintains accurate records of sales and activities related to his business and customers; coordinate the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if required;
- Offering: collaborates with the technical department in order to evaluate client requirements, to conduct technical negotiations and to prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities.
- Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similar
- At least 4-5 years in similar role with proven success in sales results
- Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics
- Customer orientation / Customer Service mindset
- International experience will be considered as a plus
- Fluent English; Spanish or other as a plus
