- Gestione e inserimento degli ordini tramite apposito gestionale SAP;
- Gestione e controllo Customer Master Data – verifica e applicazione della procedura Export Compliace;
- Gestione e inserimento delle segnalazioni di tipo Commerciale e Logistico;
- Monitoraggio degli ordini, verifica e controllo delle condizioni di vendita;
- Assistenza telefonica relativamente allo stato degli ordini e delle spedizioni;
- Gestione delle attività di back office commerciale;
- Emissione documenti contabili – Fatturazione attiva;
- Collaborazione e ccordinamento con altri dipartimenti aziendali (Credit Control – Supply Chain – Marketing).
- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Conoscenza gestionale SAP Modulo SD;
- Conoscenza CRM Client Link;
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows;
- Buona conoscenza Lingua Inglese.
- Ottima comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Ascoltare e Interpretare le prospettive del cliente;
