- You will lead end-to-end project delivery activities, including planning, scoping, execution, risk mitigation, and post-project evaluation.
- You will manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.
- You will facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, end users, and vendors to gather requirements and align technology solutions with business needs.
- You will drive the adoption of new technologies, automation initiatives, and process optimization to enhance efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- You will monitor and control project financials, including costs, revenues, and profitability of the initiatives under your responsibility.
- You will ensure alignment between technical architecture, operational processes, and Life Sciences regulatory standards.
- You have proven experience managing systems supporting R&D environments, such as Veeva Vault, Oracle Argus, SAS, Medidata Rave, or similar platforms.
- You have strong knowledge of Life Sciences processes, particularly pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, and software validation.
- You are fluent in English and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are able to manage conflicting priorities and negotiate with diverse stakeholders in international contexts.

- Gross Annual Salary between €75,000 and €85,000 + MBO linked to performance objectives + Corporate welfare package
