- Support the development of strategic guidelines and initiatives related to the Group’s Compensation and Incentive Policies, particularly for Top Management;
- Conduct analysis on remuneration and incentive policies across all Group companies, ensuring consistency and alignment of processes;
- Manage the incentive process in collaboration with local HR departments;
- Assist in the administration of long-term incentive plans, including equity-based schemes such as Share Ownership Plans;
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual “Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid” and support the creation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in similar roles within structured and international environments;
- Previous experience in listed companies is considered a plus;
- Flexible mindset and openness to change;
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
