Job DescriptionAs a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to the organization by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring hiring needs are accurately captured, job descriptions are optimized, and recruitment strategies are innovative and effective. You will also contribute to design and delivery Employer Branding strategy and enhancing the candidate and onboarding experience.In this role, you are expected to proactively enrich the talent pipeline through direct search and digital sourcing, experiment with new posting techniques and job platforms, and promote the company's employer brand through both online and offline channels. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to scale and compete for the best talent.Key Accountabilities:1. Hiring Needs & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with HR BPS and - eventually - hiring managers, to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
  • Challenge and enhance job descriptions to ensure clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with market expectations.
2. Innovative Talent Sourcing & Talent Pool Enrichment
  • Conduct proactive direct search using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Introduce and test creative sourcing methods, platforms, and tools to increase candidate engagement.
3. Job Posting & Channel Innovation
  • Use innovative techniques and digital channels to maximize reach and application quality.
  • Monitor job posting and Hiring Process performance and adapt content and channel strategy accordingly.
4. Employer Branding & Events
  • Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media presence and storytelling.
  • Support or lead employer branding events (career fairs, networking events, webinars, student partnerships).
5. Candidate Assessment & Interviewing
  • Manage pre-screening, structured interviews, and candidate assessments with a focus on quality and fairness.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and inclusive evaluation process.
  • Promote a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and respectful engagement.
6. Hiring Process & ATS Ownership
  • Coordinate the entire recruiting cycle through SAP SuccessFactors (experience on similar ATS represents a plus), ensuring process efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor and report key metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline quality) to support continuous improvement.
7. Onboarding Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR BPs to enable a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Gather and share candidate feedback to improve onboarding practices.
Requirements:
  • 4 to 5 years of recruiting experience in dynamic and/or international environments.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing and talent scouting with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable ATS platforms.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively;
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
