- Collaborate with design teams to ensure product manufacturability (Design for Manufacturing - DFM) and incorporate industrial feedback (Return of Experience - REX) while promoting process standardization;
- Support and contribute to the definition and deployment of the overall Industrial Strategy aligned with corporate objectives;
- Develop and execute Industrialization Plans, including Make or Buy evaluations;
- Assist in preparing quotations and initial Cost Breakdown (CBB) calculations for new projects;
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) ensuring seamless industrialization from prototype to full production;
- Define, optimize, and improve industrial production flows for efficiency and quality;
- Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) for subcontracted industrial activities.
- Define Industrial Requirements for new products in close collaboration with engineering teams;
- Participate in critical process validation activities such as Production Readiness Reviews (PRR) and First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Lead and manage product and process changes at suppliers, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance;
- Actively participate in Change Control Boards (CCB) to evaluate change impacts and coordinate supplier communications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous process improvements;
- Represent the industrial function internally and externally to support industrial changes and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field is preferred; candidates with a high school diploma and significant relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or product/process development in a high-technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFM principles, and industrial flow optimization.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for process simulation, CAD, or project management is desirable.
