- Knowledge of the general problems of electrical systems and flexibility in learning both the modelling and instrumental aspects necessary for the development of operating methods and applications, in the specific context in which CESI operates
- Since this is a senior profile for which adequate professional experience is required, in addition to any university collaborations, the work activity previously carried out at manufacturers of conventional or conversion components and stations, or in companies or engineering firms, is relevant, especially if they have also allowed an enhancement of significant instrumental skills
- In addition to experiences of a more technical nature, any experiences gained of a managerial nature are relevant, relating to the organization of work, the planning of internal and external resources, and the flexibility to operate in diversified geographical and cultural contextsSkills & Competencies- Ability for analytical study and theoretical development (for the definition and application of systems analysis and synthesis methodologies)
- Characteristics of resourcefulness and autonomy (in carrying out specialist studies, functional specifications and developments of methodologies)
- Ability to work in a group and interact with internal and external subjects, in particular in relationships with Italian and foreign customers because you will have frequent short-term travel both nationally and internationally
- Knowledge of the most common software tools for electrical modeling and simulation (e.g. PSSE, DigSilent, PSCAD, ATP or equivalent)
