- Identify new business opportunities and open doors with companies, universities and institutions.
- Negotiate and close long-term agreements that generate sustainable revenue.
- Activate new partnerships and turn signed contracts into real production and room nights.
- Grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upsell opportunities and smart expansion.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Distribution to keep pricing and contracts aligned.
- Track pipeline performance and forecasts in Salesforce and keep a clear view of upcoming opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Managers, the Regional Commercial Manager and hub teams to bring partnerships to life.
What You'll Have- You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships or business development, ideally in hospitality, travel or a related sector.
- You have strong negotiation skills and enjoy building lasting professional relationships.
- You bring a commercial mindset and feel comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- You are proactive, organised and confident managing your own national pipeline.
- You have experience with corporate travel, mobility or education partners, which is a plus.
- You speak fluent Italian and English.
- You are based in Rome and happy to travel regularly across Italy.
