Responsible for monitoring and ensuring project scope, schedule and budgets. Single point of contact for all assigned customers projects.In this role, you are responsible for the following:
Primary Customer Interface
Serve as the main point of contact with the customer to ensure alignment between MGS deliverables and project expectations.
Provide continuous support throughout the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Arrange and lead all customer visits throughout the duration of the project.
Collect all necessary items from the customer to ensure successful project execution (e.g., specifications, test material, floor plan sign-offs, payments).
Manage Scope of Work
Estimate, quote, and document any changes in project scope.
Communicate scope changes to the customer in a timely and professional manner.
Budgets & Customer Schedules
Coordinate internal work plans to ensure successful, on-time project completion.
Contribute to the development of the project’s financial plan.
Monitor the financial plan and take corrective actions when risks or budget concerns arise.
Proactive Transition to Tech Services
Facilitate seamless handoff of project information from Sales to Operations.
Lead reviews of customer specifications and MGS quotations to clearly define the scope of work for internal teams.
Align Expectations
Collaborate with Operations teams to address and correct significant gaps or delays in the project plan.
Ensure consistent communication and alignment between all departments involved.
What You Need to Be SuccessfulWhat you need to be successful
Bacelor’s degree in related field preferred with two years project management experience or four years project manager experience in lieu of degree
Experience in a fast paced engineered to order manufacturing environment
Highly organized and good at managing details
Effective presentation skills
Aptitude to deal directly with customers effectively in high pressure situations, not conflict-adverse
Proactive on follow-up, not letting issues linger

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $118,000 annually.
