A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Work with Category Managers defining and monitoring commercial KPI's (assortment, distribution, display, share assortment, share of shelf) cross categories
  • Develop and monitor monthly reports based on Circana (IRI) sell out data
  • Analyse sales KPI’s of major customers to support Category Managers in strategic & tactic actions
  • Establish and maintain a partnership with Sales and Activation Team in the development and implementation of customer amplification activities
  • Monitor and analyse customer KPI’s to make recommendations related to operational actions
  • Support Category Manager for all major presentations including customer business reviews, new item introductions, category trend reviews etc.
  • Use and understand Circana and ACNielsen data, customer point-of-sale and loyalty data and systems used to generate the information for category and customer reviews
  • Collaborate with Category Manager to develop project and set guidelines related to Category Management
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • University Degree (Economics, Business, or related field)
  • Excellent analytical and synthetical skills
  • Good knowledge in Windows applications mainly Excel/PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in analysing data (Circana-IRI/Nielsen)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in local language (Italian) and English
