As an Assistant, you will anticipate the needs of your Managers, using the strong communication skills needed to interact with different stakeholders across teams and departments. In addition to being well-organized and analytical, you have strong business judgment, the ability to take action without guidance and great time management skills.Your Impact
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and maximize annual revenues from assigned accounts for equipment, networks and services, in line with their annual budget and company seasonality. You will visit 100% of customer sites in the designated accounts
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience. This entails developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention, also managing cooperative relationships within the Technogym internal team - specifically sales support, logistics, after sales and accounts
- Manage major national re-design projects for key accounts in the portfolio
- Define the local segment market strategy, attending conferences, trade shows and industry events, where possible. Make regular presentations to decision makers and influencers to update and educate them on new products and solutions and follow up on all opportunities to promote the brand and develop new business
- Improve P&L and debtor days of each account. Be prepared to advise clients on funding solutions to finance projects and, internally, to provide timely, reliable and structured Forecasts and Pipeline Management to Sales Managers and HQs
- Recognize and follow up on opportunities for upselling in assigned accounts and plan to renegotiate existing accounts when agreements expire
- Guarantee the best use of CRM to obtain clean and up-to-date market data and improve sales force productivity
- 5+ years' experience in a B2B sales role, preferably at a premium/luxury brand
- Direct sales and marketing techniques gained in a previous role, with demonstrable relationship management, consultative selling and negotiation skills developed over time
- Strong CRM management knowledge (preferably Salesforce), financial acumen and P&L management experience
- High credibility at a senior level with C-suite executives, and with on-site General Managers. Adept at working with different styles/audiences to suit their business need or tasks in-hand
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal calmly with high pressure situations and/or ever-changing deadlines
- General knowledge and use of digital features and tools
- Master's Degree in Economics or similar would be a plus
