Join us!ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for coordinating the Global SOP process and the production planning updates for the High Voltage AC Business within the Transmission Division.
· Defines optimal planning guidelines at BU level
· Coordinates plants planning activities and manages the intercompany planning to optimize production allocation.
· Define the best volume / time allocation in the High Voltage plants optimizing the plants volumes saturation.
· Acts as a first point of contact for other functions to ensure priorities alignment between Sales, Project Management Team and Logistics.
· Define and secure coherence of Delivery Lead Times with business/market requirementsKNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· 3/5 years previous experience of production planning at both country and plant level
· Capacity to coordinate global processes through different countries and functions
· Strong analytical skills and capacity to analyze and build KPIs
· “Influencing without authority” leadership traits
· Strong knowledge of Office package, including Microsoft Projects
· SAP knowledge is desirable
