
Account Executive - Healthcare

- Promote and sell the company’s full portfolio of Endoscope Reprocessing Equipment, consumables, and service solutions.
- Manage and expand direct accounts in the assigned territory (hospitals, clinics, private healthcare).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders (e.g. CSSD managers, biomedical engineers, procurement).
- Ensure proper coverage of the territory, combining direct presence and coordination of external agents.
- Coordinate and support a network of sales agents operating in specific provinces/regions.
- Provide training, commercial guidance, and field support to agents to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and service) to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on post-sale processes (installation, service, training).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in medical device sales, preferably in the hospital or sterile reprocessing field.
- Knowledge of endoscopy workflows and infection prevention practices is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with ability to manage complex hospital accounts.
- Experience in coordinating external sales partners or agents is preferred.
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Northern Italy.
