- Drive the strategic development of marketing Brand Plan and a comprehensive 5-year plan for sustainable growth.
- Management of the products portfolio according to the brand strategy and investments
- Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, competition, and pioneer the identification of novel consumer insights.
- Implementation at 360° of launches: communication, activities and follow-up of sales
- Creation and management of communication campaigns.
- Develop and manage relationships with Scientific Societies and KOLs
- Develop promotional materials in line with country marketing strategy
- Analysis of the performances of the brand and of the competitors
- Ensure in country promotional budgets deliver commercial impact
- Work in synergy with the other company functions involved in brand development: Education, Medical Affairs, Training, Supply and Finance.
- Demonstrated 6-8 years of progressive experience in roles such as healthcare management or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proven success with a track record in marketing roles within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry for a minimum of 4-5 years.
- Sales track record of success within biotech/pharmaceutical or any other industry is a preferred (at least 1-2 years)
- Aesthetics medicine experience is preferred
- Ability to work with different stakeholders (Health Care Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, Area Managers, Agencies)
- Forecast activities & Basic financial principles understanding
- Entrepreneurial mindset & results orientation
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing (Common European Framework: B2)
