JUNIOR ICT SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESERVED FOR PROTECTED CATEGORIES (L. 68/99)Work location: Collegno (TO) – Hybrid Mode (with the possibility of smart working after the training period)Role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Junior ICT Support Specialist to be included in our technical team.The resource will support daily IT maintenance and support activities, with a focus on learning and developing systems skills.Main Activities
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal team and users
  • Assist in basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.
  • Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
  • Document technical activities and procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Membership in the Protected Categories(Law 68/99).
  • Domicile in Turin.
  • Knowledge of the English language minimum level A2 -Italian language minimum B2
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a computer science or technical field).
  • Basic or theoretical/practical knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong passion for IT.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages ​​is an advantage Bash and Python
