  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to solve quality issues and optimize workflows.
  • Support the execution of process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and meeting quality standards.
  • Prepare and update quality-related documentation in line with company procedures and industry regulations.
Main requirements: * Educational background in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Materials Engineering).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
