DescrizioneFor a major international sustainability program focused on electric mobility, we are seeking a Project Manager to support the execution of Electric Vehicle Charging Point installation projects across multiple European sites.The role is strongly oriented toward supply chain coordination, ensuring alignment between equipment delivery (HV Substations, AC/DC Chargers) and onsite installation activities, as well as contractor compliance management through the Avetta WorkSite Safety platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Logistics
  • Track delivery timelines for HV substations and AC/DC chargers.
  • Coordinate with vendors post-PO to ensure alignment with installation schedules.
  • Maintain project trackers and proactively escalate delivery delays or risks.
Contractor Compliance (Avetta platform)
  • Verify supplier registration and compliance status.
  • Manage RAMS submissions, WHS documentation, and worker-level compliance.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and EHS to resolve compliance blockers.
Project Coordination
  • Support communication between Procurement, Execution, EHS teams, and vendors.
  • Manage documentation, PO tracking, site access and permits.
  • Provide regular status updates across supply chain and compliance activities.
RequirementsMust-have
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, project management, or contractor management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Preferred
  • Additional European language skills.
  • Experience in electrical infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of contractor compliance systems (Avetta is a plus).
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
Initial 3-month temporary contract via Manpower, with possible extensions.
