We offer all-out support to realise a creative corporate culture, one in which people can lead a happy work-life balance.The Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist, reporting to the Finance Senior Manager, will be working on the business plan process, including periodical forecasts, operating plan, variance analysis, closing reports, managerial reporting, and special projects.S/he will support the Finance Senior Manager in analysis on incentives forecasting and spending, but also price analysis.Your Responsibilities:You will work in the Planning & Analysis team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, working closely with colleagues across Finance.The role focuses mainly on Used Cars, Rent a Car, incentives and new car price analysis, in collaboration with the Remarketing, Product and Incentive teams.In particular, you will:Analyse sales incentives, supporting the Finance Senior Manager with accurate data, reconciliations and variance analysis, and working closely with the Incentive team to support management decisionsManage forecasting and closing activities for new car pricing, monitoring costs and accruals regularlyContribute to the Business Plan, Financial Forecast and Operating Plan, with a focus on Used Cars, Rent a Car business and IncentivesPrepare and submit reports to Headquarters (European and Korean), including business planning, forecasts and monthly resultsMonitor key performance indicators, identify trends and explain variances versus forecast and budgetSupport presentations and explanations of monthly results, forecasts and business plans to the Finance Director and CFOIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, supporting new projects and sales programsThrough these activities, you will actively contribute to improving the company's overall profitability.Your Talents:University degree in accounting/economics/finance or equivalent field2-3 years of experience in the automotive field or industries with productive sites as a controller or data analystMS-office proficientEnglish: fluent, spoken and writtenItalian: good knowledge, spoken and writtenFamiliarity with computerised accounting softwareGeneral understanding of accounting processes and proceduresExcellent communicator and listenerGood organisational skillsAnalytical approachSome of the Benefits:⏰Flexible Hours💻Hybrid working (up to 2 days a week remote working)🍕15€ meal voucher📚 Subscription to LinkedIn Learning🎉Recreational activities for employees🌱Psychological and physical well-being supportLocation:Kia Italia Head Office is based in the Pharo building in Milan, strategically located between Portello and CityLife in a vibrant, service-rich area.
