- Account managing a range of already active Influencers, Affiliates and Partners' accounts, responding to queries, finding growth opportunities and ensuring we maintain strong awareness and prominent presence among each of our key Influencers, Affiliates and Partners.
- Researching and finding new Influencers, Affiliates and Partners that can drive incremental volumes of profitable customers, including social media and youtube influencers, content affiliates, and comparison websites.
- Negotiating with Influencers, Affiliates and Partners on commercials so that scale and revenues are maximised.
- Developing and managing positive relationships with Influencers, Affiliates and Partners and helping to manage their projects.
- Synergising with the Content/Comms/Design teams to ensure that Influencers, Affiliates and Partners' creatives and messaging are communicating our brands effectively, differentiating us and maximising our results.
- Working with other Performance marketing teams to ensure the opportunities to amplify affiliate marketing efforts through other channels are utilised.
- At least 2 years of experience in Influencers and Affiliates Marketing in the financial industry.
- Successful experience in negotiating, acquiring and onboarding new influencers, partners/affiliates.
- Excellent and thorough organisational skills also with strong time-management credentials - ability to prioritise and highly motivated.
- Experienced in developing influencers' and affiliates' marketing strategies, creatives and implementation processes.
- Experienced in working to deadlines and extremely adaptable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent numeracy skills and a strong commercial and financial awareness.
