- Contract Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best purchasing conditions
- Cost Analysis: Assess material and supplier costs to guarantee the best value for the company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business goals
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare purchasing activity reports and maintain accurate recordsTo be successful in this role you'll need to have:- Degree in Engineering, Economics or a technical field
- At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Buyer
- Strong negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Italian and EnglishNice to have:- Previous experience in B2B CompanyWhat we offer:- Permanent full ? time contract
