
Technical Account Manager II, Security - Remote/Italy

- Serving as a product and application security subject matter expert to support customers
- Owning the technical relationship with customers decisions' makers including trainings to a variety of audiences and QBR/EBR
- Liaising with internal teams to constantly improve our platform and services
- Consulting customers on vulnerabilities and runtimes attacks to help reduce and mitigate risks
- Knowing customers environment and requirements, assess vulnerabilities, showcase attack patterns and drive a real impact
- Establishing value measurements, presenting security findings and API misconfigurations, or handling project escalations with customers
- Have knowledge in API security vulnerabilities, attacks in-depth, including OWASP Top 10 / OWASP API Top 10
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions
- Have understanding of Application Security Principles and how to apply them in the app development process
- Have excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in English and Italian
- Be a self-starter with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn
- Show ability of proactively identify technical issues and drive solutions to technical problems
- Have an understanding on Linux, Kubernetes and scripting - would be an asset
