Provide first level technical support to resolve software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
Manage IT support tickets, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution times.
Coordinate with Business to manage requirements.
Manage vendors needed to resolve issues.
Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Train business users on the use of digital technologies.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement projects to improve systems and technology infrastructure.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
Monitor the performance of IT systems and actively participate in troubleshooting and process optimization.PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/graduate degree in computer science or related field
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in installing and configuring hardware and software, including enterprise applications and standard software packages
Knowledge of Microsoft365
Good knowledge of English and Italian language
Strong resourcefulness
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal relationship management skills
