Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Project Logistic Manager, you will play a key role inside Logistic team. You will be responsible for the overall logistic activities relevant to the assigned GTE projects for TPS. You will be part of the GTE project team, and will work in tight connection with Customer, internal warehouses, TM CoE as well as shipping providers. You will be responsible for the holistic view of logistic activities, from ITO support to OTR execution, with project KPIs, cost and performance, reporting to the project team and/or management the overview , the potential issues, and the improvement actions/ideas with relevant biz plan if necessary.As a Lead Project Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Support ComOps during ITO phase, with focus on T&C Logistic comments.
  • Issue and manage the PPS (Project Packing Specification)
  • Drive and coach the Project team when necessary
  • Manage, evaluate, and control the Logistic KPIs of the project.
  • Assure that productivity actions are implemented and overview productivities cost
  • Be reference point for the E&P Project Team for the overall Logistic activities
  • Influence and sponsor the implementation of the cost-out / improvement plans with overall supply chain and project teams
  • Influence the Inbound of heavy-lift items, maximizing amount of materials shipped to site
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a technical background, with the ability to influence functional stakeholders and Customer, or Project Management expertise.
  • Show previous experience in transportation of heavy lift goods; Project cargo experience will be highly appreciated.
  • Demonstrate problem solving acumen and be able to work independently, without close supervision to achieve pre-agreed objectives.
  • Display presentation skills and ability to interact with senior management, with specific reference to finance results and business case presentation.
  • As preferred skill, applicants should have previous team working experience with the ability to influence teams and challenge the status-quo.
  • Be able and willing to travel for short customer meetings (up to 25%).
  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken. Fluency in Italian as well is highly preferred.
  • BE eligible to work in EU.
