- Performing daily monitoring and health checks of hyperscale infrastructure to ensure system availability and enable early detection of potential issues;
- Responding to incidents and performing basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and restore service functionality;
- Monitoring costs and analyzing resource usage to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements;
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency;
- Updating documentation and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure accurate procedures and facilitate knowledge sharing;
- Collecting and reporting performance metrics to provide insights for capacity planning and optimization decisions.
1-2 years of experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, or related technical roles;-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) through previous work, internships, or academic projects preferred;-
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform);-
Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command line interface;-
Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver);-
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell);-
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes basics);-
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing);-
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation);-
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines;-
Knowledge of version control systems (Git);-
Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management;-
Possession of one or more of the following certifications is considered a preferred qualification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate; Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer; AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate; Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).Language Skills:-
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;-
Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.Soft Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
