Reservation Supervisor at H10 Roma Citta

• Professional and efficient management of individual and group client reservations.
• Supervision of the reservations team, ensuring a flawless and agile service.
• Optimization of room availability and distribution through direct and indirect channels (OTAs, GDS, website, travel agencies, tour operators).
• Daily management of Revenue strategies, analyzing daily pick-up and making rate adjustments as needed.
• Collaboration with the Sales Manager in the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and profitability.
• Analysis of booking data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, including competitive set studies and preparation of periodic forecasts.
• Up-to-date maintenance of all reservation and CRM systems, ensuring the integrity of data and information.
• Rapid response to special requests, ensuring that each booking reflects the client's needs and preferences.

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in hotels of equivalent category.
• Excellent knowledge of the main PMS and TMS for SAP, as well as reservation systems (Travelclick, Lighthouse).
• In-depth knowledge of distribution channels and revenue management dynamics.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language, preferably Spanish.
• Problem solving, organizational skills and strong customer orientation.
• Immediate availability is required.

• Residence in Rome is a must.
