- Professional and efficient management of individual and group client reservations.
- Supervision of the reservations team, ensuring a flawless and agile service.
- Optimization of room availability and distribution through direct and indirect channels (OTAs, GDS, website, travel agencies, tour operators).
- Daily management of Revenue strategies, analyzing daily pick-up and making rate adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration with the Sales Manager in the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and profitability.
- Analysis of booking data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, including competitive set studies and preparation of periodic forecasts.
- Up-to-date maintenance of all reservation and CRM systems, ensuring the integrity of data and information.
- Rapid response to special requests, ensuring that each booking reflects the client's needs and preferences.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in hotels of equivalent category.
- Excellent knowledge of the main PMS and TMS for SAP, as well as reservation systems (Travelclick, Lighthouse).
- In-depth knowledge of distribution channels and revenue management dynamics.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language, preferably Spanish.
- Problem solving, organizational skills and strong customer orientation.
- Immediate availability is required.
- Residence in Rome is a must.
- We offer direct hiring by the company, with contractual and salary conditions to be defined according to the skills and experience provided. The remuneration will include a fixed part and a variable part linked to the achievement of annual performance objectives. Immediate availability is required.
