Main accountabilities:Compiles and presents the complete product description of the exhibiton project at the launch meeting (concept, strategy, pricing, proposed target markets, potential partners, USP)Prepares the exhibiton's project plan (P&L, project schedule, preparation of an implementation plan), which he/she submits to his/her superior for approval and to share informations with the partnersCompiles the play of the accompanying programs, selects the partners necessary for the implementation of the programs, supervises the work of the partners, so that the programs are implemented in accordance with the objectives of the exhibitionEnsures the application of approved list prices and penalties.Coordinates the work of the exhibiton teams, assigns and takes account of related deadlines, provides professional supervision of the work of organizers, marketing managers and he/she continuous monitoring the work efficencyRegularly update the database - along the thematic objectivesSupervises and coordinates the work of the agent network and the partnersParticipates in the preparation and conduct of the related press conferences, the selection of the venue and the participating partners, the compilation of the appropriate press material and the selection of the inviteesTakes part in the development of the communication plan for the exhibition in a cost-effectiveness way and he gets recent feedback about the given media and current expectations about the target groupsOne of his/her main tasks in the acquisition of key account partners, sponsors and main exhibitors: he/she prioritizes the most important partners of the exhibitions through e-mail, telephone sales and personal negotiationsHe/She personally participates in the organization of exhibitons. He/She plays a leading role in managing the construction, operation and the dismantling of exhibitionsAt the end of the exhibition, prepares a written evaluation that meets the specified requirements.His/Her task is the product development of the exhibition in order to ensure that the event continuously meets the changing needs of the market.Profilo del Candidato
The ideal candidateHas experience in Entertainement/Events/Live Sector, in similar activities.(Project Management, Event Management or similar)He/she knows how to prepare a project plan project plan (P&L, project schedule, preparation of an implementation plan)He/she knows how too coordinate a given project and communicate with network and partnersHas experience in development of the communication planofferta di lavoro
