So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeReporting to the Global Product Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for the profitable growth of her product line of the assigned brands. In order to achieve this, she/he will develop strategic marketing plans for a product line through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement and business planning. The PMM is responsible for the new product introduction process within the marketing organization. In her/his position, the PMM interacts with customers, dealers, market teams, commercial operations, communication, pricing, training and the global product management team.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Offering ManagementCreate sales support and information materials for Marketing and Sales departmentLeadership in the launch process, define key messaging, positioning (4P) of the new product, coordinate marketing actions. Manages phase in and phase out of productsMaximizing sales and profitability throughout product lifecycle: follow Key Performance Indicators, identify potential for growth and define action plans.Identify market trends, define a market roadmap and negotiate the product roadmap for EMEAMonitor closely competition and provide information on key features, new products and collected price information.Highlight product gaps and quantify business impact/potentialEvaluation and interpretation of customer feedback, customer satisfaction reports and research resultsInteract with: Central Communication, Tactical Marketing, Commercial Operations, Business Directors, Business Managers, Field & Product Specialists, Marketing Managers and other Market Communication Managers, Global Product Managers and Platform members, Pricing, Sales Administration & Demand Planning, Dealers & Customers, Agencies and external suppliersExperience Required5 years in Field/produc mktg rolesWhat We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
