
Talent Management Senior Specialist. Psychometrics and Talent Analytics

- Choose and implement best-in-class assessment tools to evaluate employee potential.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders during global assessment initiatives.
- Analyze and translate psychometric outcomes into actionable talent insights.
- Partner with the Head of Talent to design and improve materials for global talent and succession reviews.
- Build intuitive dashboards that inform critical talent decisions, such as promotion readiness and succession planning.
- Utilize data to streamline processes, identify capability trends, and drive strategic workforce planning.
- Support the development and refinement of HRIS modules related to Talent.
- Use assessment outcomes and employee profiles to recommend targeted learning and development actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align development plans with individual and organizational needs.
- Design and maintain competency models with clearly defined behavioral indicators.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to align internal and external assessments to the key competencies.
- Develop and track KPIs that measure the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives.
- Monitor progress and generate insights to continuously improve global programs.
- Education: Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience: 5–6 years of demonstrated experience with:
- Psychometric and assessment tools.
- Competency and leadership behavior models.
- HR analytics, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar platforms; experience with Workday and Google Suite is a plus.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
