As part of our Global Talent Management team, you’ll help shape the future of talent strategy across our international footprint.We’re looking for a Senior Specialist in Psychometrics & Talent Analytics to join our team.In this pivotal role, you’ll use data and psychometric insights to help identify, develop, and retain the talent that powers our innovation in life sciences. Main Activities & Responsibilities:Assessment & Psychometrics
  • Choose and implement best-in-class assessment tools to evaluate employee potential.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders during global assessment initiatives.
  • Analyze and translate psychometric outcomes into actionable talent insights.
Talent Analytics & Dashboards
  • Partner with the Head of Talent to design and improve materials for global talent and succession reviews.
  • Build intuitive dashboards that inform critical talent decisions, such as promotion readiness and succession planning.
  • Utilize data to streamline processes, identify capability trends, and drive strategic workforce planning.
  • Support the development and refinement of HRIS modules related to Talent.
People Development
  • Use assessment outcomes and employee profiles to recommend targeted learning and development actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align development plans with individual and organizational needs.
Competency Modeling
  • Design and maintain competency models with clearly defined behavioral indicators.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to align internal and external assessments to the key competencies.
KPIs & Impact Monitoring
  • Develop and track KPIs that measure the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and generate insights to continuously improve global programs.
Employee Engagement & CommunicationEducate and support employees and managers throughout the assessment process.Contribute to feedback delivery and functional review sessions. Job Requirements:
  • Education: Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–6 years of demonstrated experience with:
  • Psychometric and assessment tools.
  • Competency and leadership behavior models.
  • HR analytics, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar platforms; experience with Workday and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
