The ideal candidate will join the Trade & Design Project Management Team, playing a key role in leading large-scale interior projects for our Business clients (Architects, Interior Designers, and Luxury Brands), while driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management of B2B Interior Design Projects: Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of interior design projects—from client briefing to final delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Account Support: Act as the main point of contact for key trade accounts (e.g. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands), understanding their needs and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Concept Development & Presentation: Develop design concepts and moodboards; create customized presentations tailored to specific client goals and brand aesthetics.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with the supplier network to source materials and products, ensuring feasibility, availability, and alignment with project specifications.
  • Budget & Margin Analysis: Evaluate project costs, margins, and commercial viability; provide value-driven solutions that meet both creative and financial goals.
  • Regulatory & Technical Oversight: Assess project requirements including certifications, technical specifications, and compliance needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Order Management, and Administration) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Monitor project milestones, flag potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • New Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate incoming project opportunities and prepare strategic responses in collaboration with the sales and design teams.
Who are we looking for?
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferably with a focus in Design or Project Management).
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in project management within interior design, architecture, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing complex design projects, ideally in residential, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and luxury market.
  • Proficiency in design and project management tools (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and MS Office—especially Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Italian native.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and attention to details
  • Passion for craftsmanship, design, and the luxury e-commerce sector.
