- Administer and support the Active Directory infrastructure, including user account management, group policies, and organizational units.
- Implement and manage security policies, including access controls, permissions, and auditing.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory issues such as replication problems, authentication failures, and DNS-related issues.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for AD, including user authentication, access controls, and group policies.
- Support and manage Microsoft networking technologies, including Windows Server, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
- Administer virtual infrastructure VMWare 8, Dell and HP storage.
- Basic Linux administration.
- In-depth knowledge of managing and supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Experience with identity management, directory services, and security best practices.
- Experience with VMWare 8, Dell and HP storage.
- Basic knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of one monitoring system, preferably Zabbix.
- Knowledge of VLAN and firewall for support at network team
- Excellent skill in researching and finding solutions quickly and effectively.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent team collaboration skills with IT and non-IT personnel
- Self-motivated to take ownership of projects and tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple tasks, projects, and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge in Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Group Policy, Storage systems and Backup tools.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
