-Lead the definition of future roadmaps for decarbonisation levers, including renewable electricity, electrification, energy efficiency, alternative fuels, waste solutions, and low/zero emissions vehicles -Partner with relevant functions to identify and define specific decarbonisation opportunities and execute procurement elements of initiatives -Develop new or improved SOPs and business practices to advance decarbonisation objectives -Analyze market trends, barriers, and enablers associated with industrial decarbonisation technologies -Coordinate and consolidate reporting of progress against a future roadmap, maintaining centralized reporting on decarbonisation dashboards -Coordinate the yearly revision of the Decarbonisation Financial Plan, gathering input from relevant cross-functional areas -Support the delivery of Brambles' Climate Smart Partners program in the respective region -Inform the development and iteration of goals and objectives based on technical understanding of technologies and market needs -Provide strategic direction and lead initiatives to meet Brambles' public sustainability commitments -Influence change management across the region to embed a low-carbon, regenerative mindset in decision-making -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional legislation and funding opportunities related to climate and sustainability -Engage with customers and industry coalitions to foster collaboration and share best practices -Represent Brambles at internal and external sustainability forums and events -Support supplier engagement programs and contribute to cross-regional knowledge sharing
