Tyvak International is seeking talented new team members to support the development of advanced space vehicles. Tyvak specializes in the development and integration of key components and technologies into highly integrated, high-performance SmallSatellite platforms. The team’s expertise spans system architecture, design, manufacturing, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems for small spacecraft.We are looking for a Proposal Technical Manager to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals and bids across both commercial and institutional opportunities.The candidate will play a key role in strengthening Tyvak’s ability to convert opportunities into competitive, compelling offers, supporting our position as a European small satellite integrator with a strong heritage in institutional programs.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposal and bid preparation for commercial and institutional customers (e.g. ESA, EU, ASI, EDF, EUSPA)
Convert identified opportunities into compliant, compelling, and timely offers
Structure and manage the bid process, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional inputs across engineering, program management, finance, and leadership
Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations and internal standards and strategy
Support responses to RFIs, RFQs, and negotiated opportunities
Improve the overall quality, consistency, and competitiveness of submissions
Contribute to increasing the team’s proposal conversion rate and execution efficiency

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Degree in Aerospace Engineering
Proven experience in proposal preparation and bid management within the space sector
Background and experience in NewSpace, SmallSats, CubeSats and similar domains are strongly preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes
Solid understanding of institutional tendering processes
Availability for travel
Strong organizational and reporting skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Hands-on, proactive mindset with ownership and accountability

Existing professional network within the space ecosystem
Experience working with European institutional customers
