The Executive and Showroom Assistant will provide high level secretarial and administrative support for the CEO and will be based on Interni’s showroom to give front office support, requiring reliability, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to details and problem solving.In this role you’ll get to:
Manage Executive agenda (schedule meetings and coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements)
Handle information requests, preparing reports, correspondence, internal and external documents for team members, updating paperworks
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents;
Coordinate events as necessary
Organize, supply and maintain the office building, equipment and supplies acting as contact person for the site
Help organize and maintain office common areas
Greet clients and visitors as needed
Front office activities in the store Background & skills:
Some years of experience supporting a C-level executive team preferably in an international business context
Excellent command of MS Office tools;
Fluency in both italian and english
Knowledge of a third language is a strong nice-to-have What you’ll need to succeed:
Excellent relational skills both in terms of written and verbal communication
Good organizational skills; extremely detail-oriented and possess the ability to follow through on projects until completion
Flexible and proactive approach in order to perform a variety of important tasks with constantly changing priorities
Highly confidential in handling sensitive material and information
Capacity to handle every kind of social relationships with emotional intelligence
Work location: Milan.
