- Full responsibility for accounting and controlling, including project controlling and coordination of outsourced payroll providers.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (local GAAP).
- Budgeting: creation and monitoring of operating and investment budgets.
- Forecasting: quarterly financial forecasts in alignment with management.
- Management reporting and KPI preparation for decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Working capital management, liquidity planning, deposits/withdrawals, short-term liabilities.
- Support in cash, liquidity and risk management (internal control processes).
- Monitoring of data quality across admin and finance processes.
- Coordination of project controlling in close collaboration with management.
- Acting as key interface for auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/controlling roles, ideally in project-oriented or industrial environments. (Derived from original text)
- Strong IT mindset and high confidence with administrative digital processes.
- Excellent communication skills; Italian required, fluent English
