A key player in major international strategic programmes, it is a technological and industrial partner of governments, defence administrations, institutions and companies.A key player in major strategic programmes at a global level, Leonardo is a technological and industrial partner to Governments, Defence Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Area, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to follow our KSA projects.The selected candidate will serve as Project Manager (PM) for Metro Riyadh Design & Build and Metro Riyadh Maintenance Projects.The role will involve the following main activities:Coordination of multidisciplinary teams in matrix organizations, with staff present in KSA but also in Italy.Planning and monitoring of time, costs, deliverables and project risks.Supervision and coordination of all project activities with preparation of progress reports and contract management.Responsibility for the economic-financial result (turnover, revenues, costs, margin, collections) compared to the initially planned baseline; monitoring and management of variances and related mitigation actions.Customer focus, customer intimacy and customer satisfaction.Structured reporting, towards the Line of Business project management, with reference to ongoing activities, economic data and the general progress of the project.Support in the bidding phase for tenders and complex pre-sales activities in the reference areaREQUIREMENTS:Qualifications:Degree with technical/engineering background;Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing complex global security projects for critical infrastructures.Technical skills:In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems/platforms and industrial automationExperience in the management of mission-critical communication networks (e.g. Tetra, MCX, LTE/5G, FRMCS...)Knowledge of physical security systems: CCTV, Video Management System, Public Announcement, Public InformationKnowledge of industrial cyber security best practices and related standardsKnowledge and ability to manage overall contracts according to international standards (e.g. FIDIC or similar).Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera or similar) and monitoring of the physical-economic trend of the order (e.g. Earned Value KPI)Familiarity with SAP/ERP systemsPreferential elements are having worked on orders having General Contractors/EPCs for Clients and having gained experience in changing management on/with complex contractual structuresKnowledge of the Riyadh metro area is also a preferential element.Language skills:Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Knowledge of Arabic may be an advantage;Knowledge of Italian is a preferred elementSoft skills:Excellent organizational, leadership and risk management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, customer orientationAptitude for working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teamsIT Skills:Deep knowledge of cyber/physical securityDeep knowledge of ERP/SAPOther:Availability for regular national and international tripsPMI/PMP, Prince2, Agile PM, or equivalent certifications are considered qualifyingCertifications in the field of safety (e.g. CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443 Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) represent a distinctive element.Seniority: SeniorPrimary Location: IT - Milano - NervianoAdditional Locations: IT - Chieti Scalo, IT - Firenze - Campi Bisenzio, IT - Genova - Fiumara, IT - Napoli - Fusaro, IT - Roma - Via LaurentinaContract Type: PermanentHybrid Working: Hybrid
