The PositionYou will be responsible for Pet Business, in terms of commercial activities and results, providing a high level of service to the customers and promoting the product and value of the company.You will manage and develop a direct sales force of representatives in the assigned area, and you will cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to implement the shared strategy with the assigned customers (wholesalers, pharmacies, and vets).ResponsibilitiesIdentify business opportunity and works with Sales Manager, NAM and Area Manager team to define commercial strategyCoach and mentor the sales Force, providing guidance, guarantee the canvass implementation and the commercial strategy finalized to implement sell out.Responsible for the implementation of the shared commercial strategy to reach sales and promotional area objectives in the Pet Vet Channel and Pharmacy channelContinuously manage the relationship with each major customer (wholesalers, pharmacies, and vets) and their reps: assistance, growth plan, commercial activity, credit manage and collection, problem solving, to sustain long-term relationships with customers as partner and consultantImplementing a sales management process focused on SELL-OUT to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.Set sales targets and KPI to be achieved by the sales team, monitor the performance of the sales teamResponsible for acquiring a detailed understanding of the policies and strategies of competitorsTravel within the area and provide frequent practices visit (Up to the 80% of the time)RequirementsBachelor's degree (Economic, Business Administration or Scientific)At least 5 years of experience in the similar positionFluency in English would be a plusVery deep knowledge of the customer behavior and its decision process; negotiation skills and strong orientation to achieve both short- and long-term resultsGood experience with meeting sales quotas, ability to fully understand key business drivers, and relationships between markets, customers, and competitors.Excellent in people management through effective communication and coaching leadership, empowering mindset is a must.Deep analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to the market are essential.Strong team spirit, proactive, and positive collaborative behavior at all levels.What we offer
